How do I use your products?

All our products such as the dual extract tinctures and grow kits are delivered with instructions for use and/or cultivation (where applicable).

We are also available via email and whatsapp to assist with any further queries you may have in regards to your purchase.

Additionally you can also find a trove of information in our Mushroom database.

Do you ship nationwide?

Heck yeah! Our range is available to ship throughout South Africa from main residential area to rural farm- we've got you!

ALL our delivery options deliver right to your door!

How long till I receive my order?

Orders are processed on our website from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on the weekend are queued based on when they were received and completed and processed the following business day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.

ALL orders on the website are subject to a 1-5 working day processing time prior to shipment.

Our main courier carrier is The Courier Guy and the standard PUDO shipping option has a delivery timeline of 24-48 hours on average. Overnight shipping is available too.

Do you offer wholesale/bulk discounts?
